The case is over the IEC’s registration of the Umkhonto weSizwe Party, which is contesting the upcoming general elections in May. The ANC says the process followed by the IEC was “procedurally flawed” and it should be reversed.He was speaking outside the court room in Mangaung, in the Free State ahead of the court’s delivery of the judgement in the case, which could result in the disqualification on the MK Party from contesting the upcoming general elections.
