WASHINGTON - Special Counsel Robert Mueller informed top U.S. Justice Department officials three weeks ago that he would not be reaching a conclusion on whether President Donald Trump had obstructed justice during the probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election, a U.S. Justice official said Monday.

The decision by Mueller not to reach a determination was “unexpected,” the person added, speaking anonymously in order to discuss private conversations involving U.S. Attorney General William Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who received the news.

Wouldn't or Couldn't? It's being reported both ways. There's a difference...

Let the real investigation begin

Why would Trump obstruct an investigation into a subject in which he always knew he was innocent of? Yeah... he wouldn’t.

The people and the Congress need the full report so we can take action if necessary after reading Mueller's findings. (No Republican operative filter needed.) We paid for this report. It belongs to the public. It is about our employee, Donald Trump.

Wouldn’t? Couldn’t? Due to lack of evidence? Lack of trump interview? Lack of time?

But Barr, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, in consultation with Rod Rosenstein, Mueller's direct supervisor, did: NO OBSTRUCTION

And therfore?
