Trump tweeted "total EXONERATION" shortly after the summary was released, despite Barr's letter saying the report does not exonerate him on obstruction. "It's a shame that our country had to go through this and a shame the president had to go through this," he said. It's sure to be only the beginning of months of fighting in Congress - and perhaps in the courts - over how much should be disclosed from Mueller's report.
Justice Department officials, who described Mueller's report as comprehensive, said he didn't recommend any additional indictments and doesn't have any secret indictments under seal. In the letter on Friday to leaders of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, Barr said, "I remain committed to as much transparency as possible, and I will keep you informed as to the status of my review".
How many times over the last 2 years did echo WaPo and alikes with thoughtless NPC-style “Russian collusion” crap? What is going to fix about itself?
Waste of time, resources and money. HeadsMustRoll
Interesting conclusion considering only a summary by Barr has been released thus far. Barr, hand picked by Trump, made the decision to not pursue charges. Let's see the report. Hardly an exoneration for the liar in chief. Next up, emoluments, tax evasion and campaign finance
Great president or greatest president?
Any chance of an investigation into Hillary?
What a shame 😧But then if he’d found something he’d probably be in prison in a nanosecond!!
Stupid media cannot tell the difference between Barr's memo making a claim, and the actual Mueller report. This comes from a decade of news-repeating passed off as news reporting. No journalists worth their salt would say such stupid things. is getting sloppy.
Trump wins again.
Lefty Hoo Haa over nothing As usual
