Enugu guber: Don’t go to Supreme Court – Ohanaeze urges Edeoga

The group made the appeal while reacting to the Appeal Court judgement which upheld the election of Governor Peter Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. It could be re-called that the three-man panel resolved all the issues in the favour of the respondent, Mbah. Edeoga has since indicated interest to appeal the judgement.

'Their respective victories are well deserved.' Okwu, who recalled that he made a similar appeal after the election, stressed that “now that both the Tribunal and the Appeal Court have delivered the same line of judgement, it is high time our brother, Barr Chijioke Edeoga ended every legal tussle on the Enugu election. “He has indeed put up a good fight; but there should be an end to everything.
