"This judge is a very partisan judge, with a person who's very partisan sitting alongside of him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is," Trump said. Kise said that he witnessed Engoron and Greenfield pass each other over 30 to 40 notes on Thursday alone. Trump's attorneys have also alleged that Engoron and Greenfield communicate with each other more frequently when the defense team is questioning witnesses than when the state is.
