De facto Law Minister Liew Vui Keong today told the Dewan Rakyat that the government is in the process of reviewing the Sedition Act 1948 with plans of abolishing it.

Liew was responding to a question from Lembah Pantai MP Fahmi Fadzil on the matter.He then told the Dewan Rakyat that thepolice have been told not to use the Sedition Act.
