SHAH ALAM: The former director-general of the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (Miros), Khairil Anwar Abu Kassim, has claimed trial to four charges of forging documents related to the tender of vehicles.

He pleaded not guilty after the charges were read to him before sessions court judge Awang Kerisnada Mahmud here.Khairil Anwar, 47, was accused of forging tender documents from Tanjong Nova Sdn Bhd, Perantis Land Sdn Bhd, Bright Ability Sdn Bhd and Winntrack Auto for the supply of eight vehicles for crash testing.
