State witness in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial and Sibanye Gold employee Hendrik Mulder is expected to return to court to allow other defence counsels to cross-examine him.
Presiding Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng ordered that Mulder who had concluded his testimony comes back on Wednesday after defence counsel for accused 3 Advocate Charles Mnisi had an issue with other counsels not being furnished with documents pertaining to accused 2 Bongani Ntanzi and not being allowed to cross-examine Mulder.On Tuesday, 10 October Mulder testified about time sheets and leave that Ntanzi applied for when he was an employee at Sibanye Gold.
Forensic analyst Captain Mmampshedi Masetla also wrapped up his testimony about DNA swabs taken at the crime scene and a hat allegedly left bhehind by one of the intruders and concluded that all the accused are excluded from the Meyiwa murder scene. for the murder of the soccer star, Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya, Bongani Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Mncube, Mthokoziseni Maphisa and Fisokuhle Nkani Ntuli.
