DNA expert and State witness Captain Phineas Masetla is expected to continue with his testimony in the trial of the five men accused of killing soccer star Senzo Meyiwa at the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.
On Monday, 9 October, police officer Constable Sizwe Zungu wrapped up his testimony and Masetla testified about the DNA swabs taken in various places inside the home of Meyiwa’s then-girlfriend and singer Kelly Khumalo where the former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper was shot and wounded in an alleged botched robbery on 26 October 2014.for the murder of the soccer star, Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya, Bongani Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Mncube, Mthokoziseni Maphisa and Fisokuhle Nkani Ntuli.
