Amy Lea Judge's Maltese shih-tzu, Princess, had to be put down after plummeting from a two-storey car park at Westfield Whitford City in Perth.

The court heard for around eight minutes the 25-year-old was allegedly holding her dog over the edge of the car park before the animal fell 9.1 metres.RSCPA lawyer and prosecutor Ruby Harris said they are "seeking imprisonment" over the "egregious, callous and cruel" animal cruelty incident.The case has been adjourned for legal advice.to receive our daily newsletters and breaking news alerts, sent straight to your inbox.
