eiraj2107 I watched an interview with a prison warden who said dramatic cuts in guards reduced their ability to develop positive relationships with inmates. This resulted in a significant worsening if inmate behaviour.

And it will be until more prison officers are recruited and trained and staffing levels increased. It's not brain surgery is it.
