A shameless justice that don't apply a safeguard to his profession during his career.every profession has an ethical standards which will serve has a guide 4 all such profession members so they won't involve in any illegal act. Stop running helter & scalter Go & face the music.

KadariaAhmed Onnoghen will probably have two options, resign/forfeit or dismissal/prosecution! Tanko will also have two options, resign or compulsory retirement!!

KadariaAhmed MBuhari foot soldiers at work. I pity the Judiciary

Let the trial continue. We must get to the bottom of this madness

This man is not serious at all.

Atiku will address hell conference tomorrow by 5a.m!appeal court is tyrant.

The law is now talking.

Go and face ur Corruption charge's...we must Kill Corruption in our Judiciary...NextLevel.

Onnoghen an cooooooo

Here we go again, the court to stop an offence you have admitted to.: Joker 🃏

Wailers and the gullible how market? Buhari is too fast now 😂😂

Waya 150 SANs over to you now that the Court of Appeal rejected your prayer.

Oya bring 300 Atikulooters SANs to come and defend your corrupt judge. Sai Buhari..

The appeal was unnecessary. The CCT is the one to declare lack of jurisdiction over a matter not treated by NJC.

The rejection of Onnoghen’s request is politically motivated. That unjust, insidious and pervasive ruling is a gift to Buhari. It contravenes the provisions of Nigeria’s democratic constitution. The current Court of Appeal is biased and favoring Buhari and Nigeria’s ruling APC.

Buhari should face same too.. Because he never declared his assets. All this Onnoghen saga is just politics.. Nigerians are watching 👀👀

Never expect less. The night will soon break to day. Watch out.

Where r all the shrinks, bigots & PDP maggots claiming his innocence even after he confessed?

Democracy is in danger😀😀😀

InyaliPeter That means the Court of Appeal has no power over CCT. Period!

Now the judicial system is receiving sense

His village pple followed him to Appeal Court...Issokay ooo

Good one for millions of Nigerians

FG must unveil the identities of those who paid into the hidden account of d ex cjn. It takes 2 to tangle;so it is in fraud

A lawyer dude was on AIT_Online kaakaki today misinforming everyone saying FHC is superior to the CCT. Hope you know yourself and do the needful by retracting that statement and I hope AIT_Online will also see to this and ensure he reverses his misinformation.

He has just subjected himself to ridicule. Imagine your junior staff pushing you around.

So many ignorant comment, jumping arms victory not certain for their supreme righteous man... y'all will bit your tongue when the court ruling will shock you.. just seat & watch hobbit unfold.

The suspended CJN should go and clear his name, if not he should return the money collected from those politicians and simply resign to save what ever is left of his image. yes4Gi

Appeal Court is full of Tyrants... They cannot reject the CJN’s request... This is never due process... I’m not eating for 3 days in solidarity to the CJN... We will write to the Embassies of Jamaica 🇯🇲 Libya 🇱🇾 and Montenegro 🇲🇪!!! onnoghen CCT

Our dear CJN ought to have known that! What a country we in. 😏😏😏

Appalling that Onnoghen made this request

As the court pleases!

I don't have any problem with that. These are one the various options that the administration could have utilized before the infamous and unconstitutional removal of the CJN. If the govt didn't follow due process and also reverse this illegality, it will create a bad precedents

here sir IdahIdenu rique252 😁😀

This guy should just resign,

Do I understand that the Court of Appeal sat today and made rulings notwithstanding NigBarAssoc boycott? Anyway, no doubt the Court based its decision on written submissions without the CJN's Counsel having to appear.

I wonder why the CJN wants to halt the chance of telling the world that he's not guilty. yeye dey smell. Lawyers keep chopping your litigation fees o, e je pe o

And in most cases, the Courts always grant the Stay of Execution before hearing the case. And for Buharists to be celebrating that the President was right to violate the constitution is simply disheartening

twitter advocates how far ? corruptjudiciary

If Buhari had allowed the Appeal Court do its job, this would still be the outcome. I don’t understand how anyone could celebrate Buhari for violating the Constitution. It was the Court than Buhari ran to in 2015 when his certificate case was in Court

Twitter SANs will soon come with their own ruling.

By the comments following this judgement, it just shows how shallow a lot of Nigerians, especially buharists are. This judgment simply vindicated those who asked for due process and not the other way around. Buhari has no right suspending the constitution to suspend CJN

Supreme Court is where we are heading to. Justice for Onnoghen. Awon wereeeeee🤣🤣🤣

The Appeal Court Judges believe in sanctity of law of our land. They follow provision in the law not to stop trial but that doesn't means CJN is guilty of the allegations. There are more to unfold in coming days, Feb 4th is another day to decide another case.

Instead of resigning voluntarily.

KadariaAhmed Lobatan !

KadariaAhmed Why is he desperate in stopping his trial,He should be more concerned in proving his innocence.

This guy just dey waste him time. The game is up for a uber corrupt judge. Time to give up and turn himself in for crimes committed

This ruling has been over talking by what is playing out at NJC. By next week we will know whether tanko Mohammed still has a job and who will probably be the new CJN. As for onnoghen, he will survive.

The game has just begun. We dey one side dey watch big men dem dey fight.

isaajibola Man got suspended and rulings started going against him. This is Nigeria

MBuhari is Really Sanitizing the system of the Judiciary from Corruption there should be Fear of Corruption in the land most especially the Judiciary..

Lobatan!

Cc channelstv seunokin please bring those SAN'S tonight on politics today to discuss this 😁God Bless Nigeria 🇳🇬

Onnoghen, atiku, saraki, nba and pdp first round defeat at appeal curt.

CCB Act shows that; If a public officers fails to state or could not justify the acquisition of some of their asset, they are usually invited &given an asset declaration form to complete(fill &submit within 30 days) according to the law. 30 days to fill and submit such form

Cc OfficialPDPNig atiku renoomokri bukolasaraki DeleMomodu GovAyoFayose ChidiOdinkalu officialKolaO 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁God Bless Nigeria 🇳🇬

Where is Ganduje, Akpabio and co? Nigerians and sentiment One day power will change hand.

So all these SANs moved a request before the Court of Appeal in a vacuum?

MBuhari is corrupt and is not fighting any corruption. Adams Oshiomole's 'join APC and your sins are forgiven' is playing out.

I believe the agitation and cries for Due process will be vanished now. Slow and steady wins the race. NextLevel looking good.

All the SANs jumping up and down to defend corruption should be ashamed of themselves. I thought they said CCT has no jurisdiction over the matter?

AdeBanqie USEmbassyAbuja You ppl can see this news now & u wont praise Buhari but u prefer a prodigal son's tweet like Atiku all because of $$$$$$$$$$$. Just carry ur Atiku away to his $$$ country after February 16th.

Where are the defenders of corruption, food is ready come and chop. May god punish all of you

Good. His humiliation has just started. A Chief Justice who sits to judge other Nigerians, including passing death sentences on other people is now running away from standing trial for his criminal acts. God bless President Buhari.

No court in the land is higher than the CCT in matters relating to code of conduct. He should go to the CCT with 500 SANs to defend himself. Kudos to the Court of appeal. My concern is the Supreme Court. All the top 10 judges have issues of financial breach on them
