According to Williams, the county’s health orders and their enforcement resulted in one of the lowest death rates in the U.S. “When I saw the opinion, I didn't break a sweat at all. I know where the Supreme Court stands on these issues. We've already won at the Sixth Appellate District two times,” she said.

That same month, the Supreme Court decided not to hear a petition from the county hoping to challenge the court of appeals ruling.Gondeiro added that the next step is to file a motion for reconsideration and/or appeal the case at the Court of Appeals.

Many churches are very different . It has the same collected knowledge of those hopeful generations, it’s the responsibility of the leadership to lead the flock to safety. Even , a apostle would do that.

the pandemic was as The Plague of Frogs/Flies/Firstborn. for the flock, it was about family church celebration at home. Thank goodness it wasn’t Ebola. 2020 was a time of BLM/420/lgbtq 🏳️‍🌈 protest parties/socials/gatherings many were infected then the “long COVID,”whining began.

The Church will eventually win on appeal and because it’s suing the county for damages it will win there too. The citizens will end up paying the church because the health administration acted like nazis.

“According to Williams, the county’s health orders and their enforcement resulted in one of the lowest death rates in the U.S.” But highest deaths rates in San Francisco Bay Area counties. Actually it’s strange considering how many people WFH in Santa Clara County
