The new measures, set to be published through an ordinance on Wednesday, seek to curb threats of school violence in the country, which have soared after two separate attacks left five dead in recent weeks.
"If there is no compliance, the process to apply sanctions will go ahead," Dino told a press conference, adding that the new measures, which could range from fines to suspensions, are in line with national law. A 2014 Brazilian law rules that internet companies are not responsible for content that users post unless they fail to comply with a court order to remove the content. The Supreme Court is currently discussing this law's scope and validity.
Nunca em nosso país🇧🇷 imaginávamos viver tal situaçao...só conhecíamos isso pela tv..em outros países..😒
These goofs are a disgrace. They are taking advantage of our preoccupation with children at schools, to achieve their goal to implement shameful censorship. I ask Lula's unconditional supporters: If it were Bolsonaro proposing this insane barbarity?

we're being censored in every way, that's the truth
First of all... It's cleanly easy to see, for example, here on Twitter the worsters content ever that in normal life it's absolutely crime and any social media should to prove they can inspect it's own traffic of messengers and report crimes identifying the criminals.
👀👀👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍😁😁👏👏👏🤓🤓🙏🙏🙏
It’s not the true! The true is that the Brazilian government wanna control the social media there, simple like that 😉 what happened last week was just a excuse for that 👊🏼
