Dominion Voting Systems can’t bring up the January 6 insurrection during its upcoming defamation trial against Fox News, a Delaware judge has ruled. He also revealed at a hearing that he has been receiving death threats.

Dominion Voting Systems can’t bring up the January 6 insurrection during its upcoming defamation trial against Fox News, a Delaware judge ruled Tuesday, who also revealed at a hearing that he has been receiving death threats. The voting technology company sued Fox News over the right-wing network’s promotions of false claims that Dominion machines rigged the 2020 election.

Those other broadcasts “are not relevant” to the case, Davis said, because “you can’t absolve yourself of defamation by putting someone else on at a different time” who told the truth about Dominion. The judge also ruled that Fox can’t use internal Dominion emails where its staffers said their products “suck” and were “riddled with bugs,” to prove that there were real concerns about Dominion machines.

Was it on heavy paper?

I live where voting machines are made, many Jan 6 felons claimed it was toronto dominion fixing the election was their defence for storming capital because of Fox News . DEFENCE in criminal court .

Wow! I mean thats one of the reasons ppl stormed the Capitol. Papa Trump and his cronies announced several times that Dominion stole the votes. Their machines destroyed election ballots and was the main component that caused Trump to lose the election. Interesting decision judge.

Ah, the “evi-dance” begins.

Insurrection? Nope. Never happened.

if journalists are not allowewd to call out potential voting fraud then america really is screwed. Liberals literally wanna make everybody afraid to speak their minds.

God bless trump

You use the word insurrection… but words matter, and you are nothing but liars!

No court called it an insurrection The Fed hasn’t charged anyone for insurrection No one was jailed for insurrection Only 2 groups use the term insurrection… Democrats and the Media. Coincidence? Nope.

Dominion Can’t Bring Up Jan. 6 at Fox News Trial, Judge RulesA judge ruled Tuesday that lawyers for Dominion Voting Systems may not mention the Jan. 6 Capitol riot during its forthcoming defamation trial against Fox News. There’s correlation so that makes sense to me. It was a mostly peaceful protest. Like March 30. Only difference; democrats are above the law. Momof4Cats4 This is a correct ruling. The court already held the info was false. The sole remaining issue is whether fox knowingly or with reckless disregard of whether it was or wasn’t false, spewed the falsehoods. If so, damages to Dominion are determined. Everything else is immaterial.

Judge chides Fox News over Dominion claim of ‘missing’ Murdoch documentsThe judge in a $1.6 billion defamation case said Fox News has a “credibility problem,” based on the last-minute revelation about Rupert Murdoch’s role at the company, which may have affected his decision-making about narrowing the scope of the case. No sh*t, Sherlock. No kidding. FOX’s on air personalities admitted to outright lying to their viewers. “Credibility problem” is putting it politely. Fox choosing to lie to a judge is not the same as how it chooses to lie to its viewers; there are consequences

Judge, Fox attorney clash over TV hosts' testimony in Dominion defamation caseNEW: A lawyer representing Fox News against Dominion's defamation suit clashed with the judge over how some of the network's top stars can be questioned on the witness stand. Typically when lawyers clash with Judges, the Judge wins. Love it - 'If you have Fox hosts testify that they didn't say these things, I'll turn to the jury and say you are (lying)'. Brutal. You do not “clash” with a judge. In the end, you obey the rules that the court puts in place or you will have a very bad day.
