“We’re not putting the January 6th attack on [trial]. That may be for another court at another time. Momof4Cats4 This is a correct ruling. The court already held the info was false. The sole remaining issue is whether fox knowingly or with reckless disregard of whether it was or wasn’t false, spewed the falsehoods. If so, damages to Dominion are determined. Everything else is immaterial.
There’s correlation so that makes sense to me. It was a mostly peaceful protest. Like March 30. Only difference; democrats are above the law.
