Each life deserves equal justice. But Laura Babcock has had hers stolen, her life taken with no repercussions at all.

Millard and Smich have been in custody since their arrests in May 2013, so the pair have 15 years to go before they can make their first attempt. But Linda Babcock thought she’d never have to face her daughter’s killers at a parole hearing. Now that slim comfort is being ripped away.Article content

That is unacceptable. They should rot for life.

They will never be set free.

Couldn’t help but put some blame on the police. “Toronto Police paid little attention to the worries of her family and friends.” What were they supposed to do kidnap her and bring her home to her parents? Tell her that her parents don’t like her escorting or her friends?

Your Liberal government at work ! Hey ItsDeanBlundell , why don't you comment on this you loser ?

There's still no guarantee they will get parole. Paul Bernardo is eligible for parole too. He's applied a couple of times and of course has been denied. He'll either die in prison or finally be released when he's confiened to a wheelchair and sucking air through a straw.

The fact that Millard and Smich sentences are to be reduced is yet another example of Canada's legal system, not justice system. It is a moral obscenity, and a crime in itself, and it is this that needs to be protested against.

Canada's justice system is an abomination.

The woman shouldn't be shocked, nor surprised by the sentence reduction. This is Canada, where criminals have all protections.

The blatant disregard of victims from these lawyer's and judges is beyond disgusting. Criminals get better treatment than any good citizen. It's sickening

Our courts and justice system are horribly broken TrudeauMustGo
