Supreme Court Marshal Gail Curley said in a statement that justices were part of the investigation into who leaked the draft opinion for Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.

'Fox News Sunday' host Shannon Bream joins 'America Reports' with the latest details on the investigation.Gail Curley said that justices were part of the investigation into who leaked a draft opinion to Politico last year.

"During the course of the investigation, I spoke with each of the Justices, several on multiple occasions. The Justices actively cooperated in this iterative process, asking questions and answering mine. I followed up on all credible leads, none of which implicated the Justices or their spouses.

Look at those that wrote the dissent and you have your leaker.

Why not sign, are they above the law? It was one of the justices for sure.

I would bet that Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson made the leak since she doesn't even know what a women is. She should have never been made a justice

Although they are the highest court in the land they are still not above the law.
