NEW: Supreme Court justices spoke with the official in charge of the investigation into the leak of an unpublished draft of an opinion indicating that the court was poised to roll back abortion rights, a court official confirms.

Marshal Gail Curley, who led the probe, said in a statement that she"spoke with each of the justices, several on multiple occasions." The justices"actively cooperated," Curley said, and after following up on all leads she concluded that neither the justices nor any spouses were implicated.

The lack of signed affidavits suggests that the justices were not formally interviewed in the same way as court staff."by a preponderance of the evidence," but it was not clear whether Curley had focused on the justices themselves. Thursday’s report also said 82 employees, not including the justices, had access to either a hard copy or an electronic version of the draft opinion. Several people admitted in interviews that “they did not treat information relating to the draft opinion consistent with the court’s confidentiality policies,” the report said.

Apparently there is no current photo of the Court?

A picture of the faithless

Once again, we see that the law doesn’t apply to Liberals… they can break every law without consequence. You can be sure that if a conservative had leaked the draft, they would have been caught like 4 months ago 🙄

Anyone else thinking it was actually one of the nine Justices that actually leaked the draft opinion? 🤔 … It sounds like the powers that be don’t want to find out the truth because someone might otherwise get disbarred 🤷🏻‍♂️

Leaks. Can't find the leaker. That's a problem. I thought government investigators were better than that.

Here is the solution for leaks. ALL SUPREME COURT DOCUMENTS CLASSIFIED until public. Laws already written. When printed, time stamp, IP, user, create scan code in watermark on each page with the word Classified. Solved

🤔🤔🤔Hmmm I Wonder 🤔🤔🤔

So who leaked the documents? Investigators are incapable of doing the job, throw them in jail and reappoint investigators until they find out who leaked the files!

I'm sure the Supreme Court Marshal is great at her job. But why not use the FBI to lead the investigation, I mean that's what they do for a living.

я тоже не знаю. но для жертв сексуального насилия, аборты нужны.

The bigger news is that, unlike 82 other people, the justices were not required to sign an affidavit

The leaker’s name rhymes with Ginny Thomas.

The leak is from within.

Wade, released a statement on Friday saying the justices were interviewed as part of the investigation but were not implicated in the leak. Supreme Court marshal says justices, spouses weren’t responsible for leak of abortion rulingSupreme Court justices cooperated in the investigation of who leaked a draft opinion to the news media last year and were cleared as potential perpetrators, said Supreme Court Marshal Gail A. Curley. It wasn't a justice because that would be below their dignity. It wasn't a clerk because they all were asked and signed affidavits that they didn't do it. It wasn't anyone's spouses. So, I guess nobody did it. 🙄 Right! Because signed sworn affidavits are outdated; we haven’t looked at those in over five years. You can trust people. People are honest 🙄 They all read the opinions

Supreme Court justices weren't questioned under oath in leak probeNEW: Supreme Court Marshal Gail Curley says she uncovered no leads in the Dobbs leak probe that implicated the justices and therefore did not question any of them under oath. She does say, however, that they were active and cooperative participants. Hell of a way to conduct an investigation… Bull Sh*t. We all know that they know exactly who leaked it. A professional wrestling referee could have done a better job than her.
