NEW: Supreme Court Marshal Gail Curley says she uncovered no leads in the Dobbs leak probe that implicated the justices and therefore did not question any of them under oath. She does say, however, that they were active and cooperative participants.

The draft opinion was leaked and published by Politico on May 2. Wade. The findings were independently reviewed by former judge and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, who provided an independent analysis.

John Roberts must resign...!

If she didn't ask anybody any questions under oath she wouldn't have a reason to suspect anyone.

Arrest the Politico reporter that posted the news!

Translation: The “investigation” was merely a charade from the start. The intent was never actually to find and publicly identify the source of the leak.

More classified documents…..seems careless and totally irresponsible…..

The government is so corrupt and just an absolute embarrassment.

What a surprise the leak was not found.

Instead of using outside investigators, the Supreme Court choose to investigate itself. Does anyone have a problem with this?

In other words, she can’t afford to lose her job.

I'm thinking there's one....

Did she look to see if any had their fingers crossed when they answered not under oath?

Why weren’t the Supreme Court Justices questioned under Oath? Oh! Maybe it’s because they Think that they’re above the Law.

Is this woman crazy? How are you going to uncover anything about the justices if you don't interview them?

Wow. So that seems like don’t ask don’t tell. Why on earth wouldn’t they interview everyone?

Lol. Okay. Well, then we know where the leak came from then.

This is a real threat to democracy, unlike the made up one by the Dems. Also, the leak was almost guaranteed at Democrat.

Some investigation.

What a load of BS. She is corrupt.

Cocaine is a hell of a drug

Lmao. Okay. Please.

What else would she say if she likes her job?

Well in all fairness, taking an oath didn't really result in truthful testimony before Congress, ironically regarding the same issue that led to this investigation.

Were the Justices deposed?

Can you say b.s?

There’s two who definitely should have been questioned under oath.

Chicks!

So the leak investigation was as thorough and legitimate as the investigation into Kavanaugh’s sexual assault history. Makes sense. The Scotus doesn’t even pretend that they are not above the law.

Supreme Court investigates itself but refuses to put justices under oath. Fixed it

This court is a joke.

A professional wrestling referee could have done a better job than her.

Sham investigation or complete incompetence. Your choice.

Bull Sh*t. We all know that they know exactly who leaked it.

Hell of a way to conduct an investigation…

Supreme Court investigation fails to identify leaker of Dobbs draft decisionAfter the leak of a Supreme Court draft decision that would overturn Roe v. Wade, the court launched an investigation, but it has yielded no culprits as of January. Those investigating Dobbs leak never thought to interview people that Alito had dinner with? Cuz it's Clarence/his wife and/or Alito... Check their phones and emails... brithume I'm not buying the conclusion. Did they interrogate the justices? Conduct lie detector analysis as is authorized to be administered to all of us who hold security positions? This conclusion supports the hypothesis that the supreme court can't be trusted.
