JUST IN: Despite efforts, the Marshal of the Supreme Court 'has not been successful' in identifying the leaker of Dobbs v. Jackson, the Supreme Court said in a release Thursday.

The court called the leak"one of the worst breaches of trust in its history."

"The leak was no mere misguided attempt at protest," the court said."It was a grave assault on the judicial process." It said the leak prompted the court to launch a thorough investigation, which was conducted by the Marshal of the Supreme Court and her staff."After months of diligent analysis of forensic evidence and interviews of almost 100 employees, the Marshal's team determined that no further investigation was warranted with respect to many of the '82 employees [who] had access to electronic or hard copies of the draft opinion,'"the court said.

The Marshal reports that"investigators continue to review and process some electronic data that has been collected and a few other inquiries remain pending," the court said."To the extent that additional investigation yields new evidence or leads, the investigators will pursue them."

Hint: it rhymes with Ammuel Shmalito.

No surprise there.

gypsum 'efforts'

28 U.S.C. § 672: (a) The Supreme Court may appoint a marshal, who shall be subject to removal by the Court, and may fix his compensation. Easy way to get removed is to ask the wrong people the right ?s. Self interest is to ask the wrong people the wrong ?s to engineer the outcome

Leaker’s name rhymes with Cheeto. ScotusIsCorrupt

It was NinaTotenberg, you bunch of bootlicking statists.

I call bullshit

Suuuuuure. Corrupt ass court.

They know exactly who leaker is…..what a “joke” this SC has become…..we don’t need jokesters making decisions for our nation…

Shocker.

The Marshall is not an investigator. I guess that might be the reason that the supreme Court left it up to her. They didn't want to find the culprit. This does nothing for America's belief in the supreme Court. It's time the supreme Court be held accountable in some way.

It was Kristin Shepard.

They know who did it

I think it was Ginni.

Because the justices were not investigated!

LOL no one wants Thomas or Alito (it was 100% one of those two) to get in trouble. That's it, that's the story.

Subtext: They determined that the leaker was not a Democrat. lol cc: ElieNYC

So, then it was a high-level Republican, right?

Tell us that a conservative justice leaked the report without telling us a conservative justice leaked the report.

Shocking/not.

So it was Alito or Thomas.

BS we know who it was.

Are you SURE you looked everywhere?

Marshal looking real hard for the leaker…

Faith has completely deteriorated.

Sam Alito right now

Alito’s statement:

There's no such thing as a 'leaker' in deliberations that are res publica. The people had a right to know what the Court was planning.

Illegitimate court protects its own. They leaked it to try and soften the response to overturning Roe. Cowards.

Actually the release of the decision was a good thing for democrats…that is why there was no red wave! So thank you to whoever released it!

They could try alito harder.

they aborted the search

Translation: we figured out it was one of the conservative justices and are burying it so we don't look stupid when we do nothing about it.

🤣🤣🤣 shocker!

Oh they know....but what's the point anyway even if they did disclose the leaker? Not like it would change things anyway.

Oh they know….

Easy: Clarence’s wife Ginni

Must have those Alito blinders on

Supreme Court investigation fails to identify leaker of Dobbs draft decisionAfter the leak of a Supreme Court draft decision that would overturn Roe v. Wade, the court launched an investigation, but it has yielded no culprits as of January. Those investigating Dobbs leak never thought to interview people that Alito had dinner with? Cuz it's Clarence/his wife and/or Alito... Check their phones and emails... brithume I'm not buying the conclusion. Did they interrogate the justices? Conduct lie detector analysis as is authorized to be administered to all of us who hold security positions? This conclusion supports the hypothesis that the supreme court can't be trusted.
