Taking a leaf out of the Zondo report, the EFF argues in court papers that Parliament can hold President Cyril Ramaphosa accountable over Phala Phala while other authorities are still investigating.
This is contained in an application to the Constitutional Court to set aside the National Assembly's decision not to institute impeachment proceedings against Ramaphosa.
