A federal court ruling that orders South Carolina to redraw a Republican lawmaker's district could have a major impact on the House GOP’s agenda this term. (via TheReidOut Blog)

during last week’s chaotic House speaker election. On Friday, a federal court in South Carolina ordered the state’s legislature to redraw the 1st Congressional District, a seat currently held by GOP Rep. Nancy Mace, after judges ruled that the district was drawn using a"stark racial gerrymander" to suppress the power of Black voters.

Democrat Joe Cunningham won a surprise victory in South Carolina’s 1st District in 2018, flipping the seat from Republican to Democratic. When Mace challenged him for the seat in 2020, she only won

So you say lip service but still vote right along with The GOCLOWN PARTY

That's because NancyMace is immoral. Anyone advocating for killing babies in 2023 is morally bankrupted

Republicans throwing dirt on the grave they dug.

Has there been an FBI raid on bidens Delaware home yet?

Remember when Republicans said if they win the House they will focus on matters the American People care about like securing the border, tackling inflation and lowering gas prices? Yah, that was funny!

That makes sense. Republicans will hate it.

Every democrat voted to let babies who survive abortion die. Satanism.

State issue

Alrighty Now!

South Carolina Courts are stepping up and doing the right stuff…

So…now we are gerrymandering to boost the black vote? That makes it ok?

Maybe Florida judges will see the light?

Ohhh plz you Professional victim Democrats have been using Africans as toilet paper for over 400 years

Where is Miss Lindsey to chime in?

YEPPIE,another honest judge, ain't great. Sure wish we had a few in my state!!!

Pro white doesn't mean anti black.

But the damage has already been done

Racism has had it run, its shot so to speak. Will nature select it to become extinct, like naturally, in a contrast to how unnatural it is to be racist 🤔 Hype

thereidout Mace's opponent supported giving kids hormone blockers, as part of 'gender affirming care' for children. Many black voters in SC01 couldn't vote for a candidate who supported kids 'transitioning'. Mace's opponent ran an extremely liberal campaign in a moderate district.

thereidout Gerrymandering should be outlawed. An independent outside agency should draw district lines. Similar to Elections Canada.

thereidout Yea! They all need to be looked at!

thereidout We deserve so much better than RepNancyMace. We could have had AnnieAndrewsMD 😭

thereidout Hmmmm…

thereidout

thereidout Almost all GOP voting districts are gerrymandered. If TheDemocrats choose to they could have more federal judges look at their districts.

thereidout Watch them drag their feet, draw another illegal boundary, wait for it, too, to be challenged in court, rinse, repeat. (See: Ohio)

thereidout 🤣🤣🤣 always the race card. You people get more and more pathetic. I guess it's to be excepted from propaganda activist for the regime does. ZERO CREDIBILITY

South Carolina Supreme Court Strikes Down Fetal Heartbeat LawThe South Carolina Supreme Court ruled that the law is unconstitutional because it violates the state constitution’s privacy protections. What about the baby's privacy? Very sad! Stealing destinies of humans…abortion is evil! How could it possibly violate privacy? I think some of those justices have been doing business with Planned Parenthood because there's no way to read the law and come up with that conclusion.
