Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the Labor government’s energy plan is “ridiculous”.

Mr Canavan told Sky News host Andrew Bolt that the new energy legislation is “extremely radical” and “socialist”.

“I think the Australian people are going to wake up to this – this is not the bloke they thought they voted for six months ago,” Mr Canavan said.
