The Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola has clarified that challenges confronting the Federal High Court are surmountable.

Declaring the conference open, he said that, “the judges’ conference is for brother judges. In a close door session to rub minds, tooth and tail, discuss closely how to move forward on how to tackle the challenges facing the court.” He said that preparation has reached an advanced stage in the appointment of 15 additional judges to the bench of the court. This process will be quickly followed by a further appointment of nine judges subject to the approval of the National Judicial Council, he said.
