Gas giant Santos loses Federal Court appeal

Gas company Santos has lost a Federal Court appeal over insufficient consultation with traditional landowners.It’s expected to cause upheaval across Australia’s offshore gas and oil industry.

Consultation is not seeking approval or permission. I'm a little confused though. How close to the Tiwi Islands will the pipeline be?

Oh my god you people have no idea/clue since when off sure did these people have or done anything. They have there high water treaty off shore they wouldn’t even make it. It’s just another blockade for them to get money. Sick of this!!!
