A four-day working week trial in Ireland has been deemed a success by both the employers and employees taking part.
12 Irish firms tested out the shorter work week over a 6-month period and nine of them have decided to keep it in place. Assistant Professor of Social Policy at UCD Dr Orla Kelly and Peter Cosgrove of Futurewise joined Matt on to discuss the benefits and challenges of introducing a four-day week.
