States and cities are raising the age of vaping to 21 because they're afraid kids don't have the maturity to make informed decisions. Yet we're sending 15 and 16 year olds to prison for life because 'they knew what they were doing' Pick one. Best of luck for them. I can’t imagine how hard of a transition that is. The only life Mr. Brown knows is Prison life. He's been in Prison since he was 15 years old. How are they going to release him to society after 27 years in prison. His adjustment is going to be difficult.
