Errors by United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust have cost over £36 million in damage settlements and legal costs in the last two financial years.submitted a Freedom of Information request to the four hospital trusts in Greater Lincolnshire asking for the number of court and out-of-court settlements for the last two years.
