Attorney General Merrick Garland gave brief public remarks after the search saying he"personally approved" the search and that the Department would speak through its work.
She's remaining neutral and letting the Justice Department do their Criminal Investigation of trump without Biden Administration influence. The GOP was was waiting for for to say yes, which is what most of America wants to see happen.
Harris could easily incite hate just like trump has done multiple times, except she knows that it's up to the justice department to decide.
She had high hopes to attend the Queen's funeral.

She has enough common sense to know it sets up a double standard with Clinton and a myiard of other Dems who get away no or little charges with mishandling classified docs.
