How is it possible that someone entrusted with issuing marriage licenses, doesn't know New Mexico is a state.
Not sure why this is news. Happened to me with my Montana birth certificate. The clerk and I just laughed it off once she double checked. Hope this doesn't get the clerk in trouble because it made the news.
