This is insanity

Cruellaisdevine Not if they try crossing the southern border...

Sort of like corporations are “people”... 😫

Legal rights w/o social responsibility, imo. Bot rights vs CA disclosure law: 'free speech rights of corporations; the right against being compelled to say something, as opposed to being banned from saying something; the right to anonymous speech; and finally, the right to lie.'

Arriadna Oh pleeeeeeze GUAAFB

Is a bot a single individual or a computer-generated action? This seems like the stupid decision that corporations are people with religious-liberty rights.

POLITICOMag ...then the law is wrong and needs to be changed to one with common sense.

The obvious answer for Truth - is that a bot should have to introduce itself as a bot before it says anything Anything else undermines public trust in all real people

What is the 1A value for listeners in allowing anonymous automated speech? [There is negative value, in fact.]

Now that’s just wrong !

We will not be silenced

WTF?!?!?!!

Who gave them rights? Probably the bots judges

The more important question is : 'Does the 1st amendment guarantee Right to ANONYMOUS free speech?'

Bots have no rights

It worked well the 1st time Check my pulse. I agree with a WaPo headline. So, schools can punish a kid for holding a “bong hits 4 Jesus” sign at an off-campus event (SCOTUS has said so) but not for spouting hate speech that demeans and threatens their classmates, is that what you’re saying?
