State witness and police forensic expert Thabo Mosia conceded during cross-examination by defence Advocate Zandile Mshololo at the Pretoria High Court on Monday that there could be a possibility that the people in the house might have removed and planted exhibits after Meyiwa was taken to Botshelong Empilweni Private Hospital in Vosloorus.
Mshololo also drew the court to a statement deposed by a witness she could not identify, which suggested that a woman by the name of Maggie Phiri removed alcohol bottles and cleaned the water that was on the floor before the arrival of the police. “I cannot say much about where the deceased was shot because when I arrived, the body was already moved but there was blood on the floor of the sitting room and the wall.”“It is protocol that when I arrive at the crime scene, I am guided by the detective who arrived first.” He said:Teffo’s plea rejected
This Mosia guy, knows the truth, he's just protecting the culprits
He said in the scene there was Mr Ndlovu, him and other police but when he was asked by Mshololo where is other police? his answer was that the police had past away so you can see that a police who is left and who was in the scene by time it only him' according to his statement
This Mosia is waste of time and unreliable person whose hiding the truth as Ndlovu is no more to answer for himself he will deny everything and point it to him, Let the judge call those who were inside the house so we can see whose lying and whose telling the truth.

The case against the five accused is dead with Sgt Mosia's dramatic and uncharacteristic methods of gathering evidence. It now switch back to the people who were in the house.
