Here we go. This is how they overturn Roe v. Wade. Because cases like this could go all the way to the surpeme court which now have conservative judges (Hint: Roe v. Wade may be unconstitutional). Thank God. It's really great that MS & all the 'ban abortion' states have solved their other problems, like good road & bridges, fully-funded public schools, fantastic healthcare for all, affordable housing, & livable wages, that their legislatures have time to write these crap RR laws.
