Judge Strikes Down Mississippi Law That Bans Abortions After 15 WeeksThe judge blocked the state from enforcing its ban, writing that Mississippi passed a law that it knew was unconstitutional. Here we go. This is how they overturn Roe v. Wade. Because cases like this could go all the way to the surpeme court which now have conservative judges (Hint: Roe v. Wade may be unconstitutional). Thank God. It's really great that MS & all the 'ban abortion' states have solved their other problems, like good road & bridges, fully-funded public schools, fantastic healthcare for all, affordable housing, & livable wages, that their legislatures have time to write these crap RR laws.
