Men don't have the right to decide anything to do with a Womens body. ..

When you realize that most abortions happen to future Democrats, it leaves one torn on the issue. Protect the baby or protect a future Democrat...Sophie's Choice decision.

Killer

Again we have a liberal ungodly judge thinking he knows better than the people. He needs to be replaced with a judge who will uphold the rule of law. By and for the people, not judges.

Another Communist Judge preaching Baby Killing!

Well if women weren't so ignorant They wouldn't become pregnant It's as simple as talking a pill b4 or after the fact IGNORANTSLUTS!!!

So murder live babies. Way to go judge

Look at that flag. Does anything the MS law makers do surprise you?

Wonderful and well reasoned decision - this judge is, what all judges should be, an intelligent, compassionate and upstanding person

Yay!!!! This means they can appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court booyah game set match

I find it pitifully ironic that a Black man, knowing that abortion clinics demographically target Black woman for abortion (PP has most of its abortion clinics in Black neighborhoods) would support the genocide of his own race. He should be awarded the Margaret Sanger trophy.

We announced people dead when their hearts stopped beating! Why wouldn’t it called murder when we kill babies and stop their heart beats?

I wish we could eliminate unwanted pregnancies, rape, incest, sexual assault and other tragic events that drive women to seek abortions. However, no MAN should have the right to tell a woman what to do with HER body. It is a woman's choice. We are still have freedoms in the U.S.

Killing babies in the 9th month is ok per Obama activist judges. We protests the clubbing of seals but babies are fair game.

So when are these men going to address the horrible & shameful maternal & infant mortality rates in the great state of Mississippi? Hypocrisy at its finest.

Why can't SOME people stay out of other women's personal medical decisions

Tired of judges substituting their will for that of our elected representatives.

How hateful

It’s cute that you think this law was created for a District Court to decide its fate. That’s precious. 😂

Awesome....baby killing should be allowed and easy

Why do insurance companies pay for vasectomies ? It’s male birth control ... it’s an elective and NEVER life saving surgery ..

bhayes2016 Bcus femakes are easiky controled by emotions and ilignirnce to pure evil. Eve did take the apple

Would all of you bitching about this stop pretending you give a shit about these fetuses? Once that kid drops you could care less what happens to it. If you did, you wouldn't support politicians who keep killing the programs which help kids most. You're pro-birth, not pro-life.

That judge is straight fire. Good for him

We are unique; we should not judge others; we have only one higher power...which is also ironic! Bottom line: POTUS Jimmy Carter, a good Christian man, believed that government should not dictate how a woman uses her body.

Defenseless life - slaughtered again - the Judge is complicit

He’s an Obozo appointed judge, he supports murder just like every other leftist does.

Too bad he isn’t an Ohio judge, those folks really went off the rails.

Big shoutout to all our Judges having to up their game and put their reputation on the line for the good of our country. We see you and we will not forget. 🇺🇸 ⚖️

Having had 5 babies I can’t imagine having an abortion after 15wks. I didn’t intend to see an abortion but when the dr had a squirming baby in his hands, that’s when I realized what I saw. My point, I wouldn’t before, I wouldn’t now. Moms choice.

FLAG GOOD

Wonderful State! Must be doing something right!

Looking at you Ohio

Of all the states. That's amazing

Dumb... States can vote to use illegal drugs, but when folks vote against liberal crap it considered unjust 🤔🤔🤔

Yeah. Because God hates the idea of children being murdered. Especially those who would 'seize infants and dash them against rocks.' So much more humane than abortion. Why God wouldn't even allow such nonsense to be written in the Bible. What. It is Nooooo!!! Psalms 127: 9 FK

I think you can make a better case that the baby's 14th Amendment rights are violated during an abortion.

Let's say the guy wants the child and the women doesn't? Or the man doesn't but women does? Why should the man be held responsible?

Limiting government intrusion into people’s lives seems to be the appropriate ruling.

The Man is to be the Father, Provider & Protector of Women & Children not just a Sire, that’s why he should be involved when it comes to the slaughtering of preborn children.

No way more babies are going to live. How are we going survive this tragedy?

No uterus, no opinion.

Good!

That’s a 2.5 ounce, 4 inch living being at that point but hey screw it.

Appeal it to the SCOTUS...that judge doesn't mean a damn thing

This country would be a much different place if everyone would stay out of everyone else's business!

Luckily for abortion activists this judge survived abortion to make this decision.

There is nothing more valuable than a heartbeat. Nothing.

Abortion is murder

Another reason we need new, better federal judges!

Executive order time.

The judge noted what he called the 'sad irony' of men like him deciding women's reproductive rights, recalling what the lawyer for Jane Roe argued to SCOTUS in 1971: 'A pregnancy to a woman is perhaps one of the most determinative aspects of her life.'

Judge Strikes Down Mississippi Law That Bans Abortions After 15 WeeksThe judge blocked the state from enforcing its ban, writing that Mississippi passed a law that it knew was unconstitutional. Here we go. This is how they overturn Roe v. Wade. Because cases like this could go all the way to the surpeme court which now have conservative judges (Hint: Roe v. Wade may be unconstitutional). Thank God. It's really great that MS & all the 'ban abortion' states have solved their other problems, like good road & bridges, fully-funded public schools, fantastic healthcare for all, affordable housing, & livable wages, that their legislatures have time to write these crap RR laws.

‘Pure gaslighting’: Federal judge strikes down Mississippi ban on abortions after 15 weeksThe law, one of the strictest in the country, “unequivocally” infringes on women’s constitutional rights, the judge ruled. The need for abortions would go down

Mississippi's 15-week abortion ban is unconstitutional, judge rulesU.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves ruled that the Mississippi law, signed by Republican Gov. Phil Bryant in March, 'unequivocally' violates women's constitutional rights. It was cited that the state's shamefully high infant mortality statistics, which are unconscionable seemed completely acceptable to the men proposing this draconian 💩. No it doesn't but the USSupremeCourt has supported death for unwanted humans. They will face judgment.
