Call for judges to be given powers to FORCE guilty to come to courtLord Ken MacDonald said 'urgent' change is needed to stop killers (like Koci Selamaj who murdered, Sabina Nessa, pictured) from 'insulting' families by not attending court to face sentencing. Should of been given the power years ago tbh Justice is only for the plebs the British establishment and their tools are exceptional....a failing state. If you force an offender to attend, they will most likely kick off and shout abuse, they’re a cornered animal and that would not help the victims. Their absence is louder than his presence sometimes
