Mrs Jackson knows and understands the laws and how to apply sentencing better than most. Her point is that many guidelines must be changed, but I think that's an act of congress, not the Supreme Court.

That hearing was totally disgusting. As a European I don’t understand how people like, Hawley, Cruz, Blackburn and others are even allowed on a judiciary committee they shouldn’t even be in congress anymore.
