The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court will on Monday decide the fate of the embattled Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, and four other suspects involved in the 25-kilogramme cocaine deal. The 1999 Nigerian constitution clearly states that persons arrested or detained shall be brought before a court within a “reasonable time”.
The suspects have been in the custody of the agency since Monday, a period exceeding the constitutional time limit for charging an accused person to court.
The idea is to avoid extradition to the US. We know this people.
He should be extradition to the us to answer for his first crime before this one in Nigeria
Has HushKyari the tailor (cum drug baron) the super cop, been paraded as the do other drugs peddlers caught red handed? Evil fulani govt!
Many of his likes within the system..They will all go down.
Extend what detention? Extradite him already! All these delay tactics just to keep him here?

A country where incompetent people are in position. I don't know what else to say about this Contraption called Nigeria by Frederick Lugard of Britain creation.
One Nigeria is a BIG SCAM. It favors criminals and work against innocent people. This is nonsense. There's no law in this country. How can a country go and kidnap Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya. Extra ordinarily rendition him Nigeria and see nothing wrong about it.
All dis is d strategy not to deliver him to fbi
Let see if the fellow Hausa won’t let him go.
When we allow or vote for psychopaths to leed the country.oh I wish we can have vigilantes that can flush all these bad eggs
We are still waiting for the arrest of the sponsors of Boko Haram
Mine, is let him be paraded like he does to criminals he often apprehends and press conference be conducted while he's carry his crime placard.
All the cases he handled need to be reviewed..

Where's Magu former EFCC boss? Nothing is going to happen to this guys. If they were to follow the procedure, they would have tried them in orderly room and dismiss them. So as to pave the way for their court trials. The jihadist Islamic regime is corrupt.
All nigerian Police are as evil as this man. So if you want to do it right arrest all nigerian Police and politicians

In a sane country, This Policeman would have be fired/dismissed immediately without pension but in Nigeria, this man will continue as a Policeman & will eventually become the Inspector General soon...Useless Nigeria.
