This is WRONG. Whether she's qualified or not, the Governor being the appointor cannot decently appoint his wife as a Judge. That is nepotism and most likely tainted with bias. The Judciary doesn't need this kind of negative perception steeped in apparent politics.

The optics don't look good. I read through the report and I am not sure if this right or wrong. A part of the report seems to suggest the process involved the CJN and the NJC. The questions though are: are there no other people qualified for the position?
Is she legally qualified for ds highly exalted position,is she armed with d requisite experience&requirements laid down attaining ds position?If not then her appointment is anoda conspicuous setback synonymous with d present rogue democracy in practice today in 🇳🇬!
