The mother of a woman murdered by her partner in South Australia's south-east has told the Supreme Court she is haunted by the memories of her daughter "beaten, battered, bruised, lifeless" while hooked up to a life machine in hospital.Ms Kennett's mother has told of the effect her daughter's death had on herBradley Wayne Trussell, 30,of bashing 25-year-old Eden Kennett to death in December 2018.

Trussell inflicted multiple blows to Ms Kennett's head and body at their Mount Gambier home — some with a pole — and with such severe force it fractured several ribs. He told the court he drove to his sister's house before taking Ms Kennett to hospital because "he was scared" andMs Kennett arrived at the Mount Gambier Hospital "very, very unwell" with bruises all over her face, body and inside her mouth.Mother and sister tell of pain
