Police allege the 27-year-old was arguing with a woman who was known to him in the early hours of September 20 outside a nightclub in Fortitude Valley, when several bystanders tried to intervene. It is alleged he attacked two women and a man and was charged with three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.In a brief appearance in Brisbane Magistrates Court this morning, his lawyer made a variation to his bail conditions, including that he not contact any of the complainants.Outside court Mr Milford's lawyer David Garratt told reporters he would be contesting some of the allegations.
