Editorial | Why silly Zille is wrong on the judiciary

Based on nothing but thumb-suck information, Helen Zille alleged that the reason the ANC had withdrawn its application to have the Electoral Commission of SA reopen the candidate list registration process for the upcoming local government elections was because it had a tip-off from the Constitutional Court that the poll would be delayed. Helen Zille.

Based on nothing but thumb-suck information, Zille alleged that the reason the ANC had withdrawn its application to have the Electoral Commission of SA reopen the candidate list registration process for the upcoming local government elections was because it had a tip-off from the Constitutional Court that the poll would be delayed.

The ANC’s application followed its failure to submit a full list of candidates due to its own blunders and internal turmoil. Its application was a long shot anyway and was a further indication of the mess the party is in.But Zille wanted to find something deeper, thus exposing the myopic mind-set that has made her the poster child for conservative South Africans.

Her thread charged that “if this is so, cadre deployment will have destroyed every institution, right up to the ConCourt, turning them into instruments of ANC power abuse, rather than protectors of the people against ANC power abuse. That is the crisis we are facing now. SAns must wake up.”Her broadside this week puts her in the company of those enemies of the Constitution she has attacked. It encourages disrespect for an institution that is under siege from society’s rogue elements.

By all means, let’s hold our judges accountable. Because they are human and fallible, they need to be watched, just like all who hold responsible office. But ad hominem attacks based on flimsy suspicions and wacky conspiracy theories are an assault on the rule of law.

Hellen Zille see this before the judgement about the snakes call IEC AND ANC.

Delinquent number 1

If judiciary favours you,its good & if it doesn't favour you it's not good..

Why do you think you are right and she's wrong

If only the ANC would tell us why they suddenly withdrew their application knowing they faced an disaster at the polls. They are very coy

City Press stop talking shit.

Helen zille was right... voetsekanc VOETSEKIEC

These crap articles is why people don't want to subscribe to you and news24, in case you wondered why you are doing so badly. StayWokeGoBroke.🤗

She is not wrong, she just woke up late to the real world… until such time that you are directly affected and/or used the judicial system, you will remain naive to think that it is just…the system is ROTTEN TO THE CORE!

The judiciary is captured finish and klaar, she is telling the truth

helenzille silly come this side.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wow.indeed she is silly.😀😀😀

City press stop talking shit!

Words alone won’t express how thankful I’m recommending you all to you shantelll_142 .....,investing with you has been a good opportunity for me and my family I just received my profit of R60,000 within five days of investment shantelll_142

The real question is why a party that stands to lose 2000 wards or 93 Municipalities, withdrew their only chance at finding a remedy?

Mrs Zille was 100% correct, I think that Mrs Zille thinking is on a level well greater than the 30%ers employed by this rag mag to do investigate reporting. I believe that they don't understand or comprehend the words she writes

Not silly at all, it turns out she was right in her analysis. ANC is NOT a trustworthy organisation and has it caders deployed everywhere where decisions are made to benefit the government, organisation and cronies.

Voetsek.

Gosh thank you KayleighGlover0 for saving me from getting scammed, My stubborn has thought i was in the right place thank you for saving me I’m so grateful. Feel free to contact KayleighGlover0 if you're in need of another stream of income.🤝

As it turns out, she was right. Silly!

That one is wrong on everything.

Silly Zille...😂🤣😂 It rhymes.

What can we expect from a GodZilla pushing neoliberal policies in our society. A perfect example of intellectual diarrhea.

We know that she is wrong and she knowa that, question is, will she ever apologize?

Apologize to helenzille

This fucken 'rule of law' has assulted its self already. It's dead. We're just burying it.

I never thought of meeting a legit bitcoin trader after been scammed many times at my age but the heavens sent shantelll_142 guided me and help me make a living through bitcoin with my LUNO app , I recommend you to meet her now and also be a beneficiary of good work

Helen was not too far off the mark, someone could have misinterpreted the Concourt order and informed the anc that there maybe a loophole. How do you explain the unnecessary confusion?

She kept quiet about that as if she never said anything

With all her wild accusations, the one you refer to as a poster child for conservative South Africans will not survive heated debates held by ordinary, everyday people under a 'skinner boom' at Ikageleng Township in Zeerust. She wll be grilled nd quizzed till she begs for mercy.

She must be jailed

The dying is cast for the DA

Just when I thought all hope was gone that was when I meet richardmaldona0 who made my little R8000 became something worth more. Now I don't have to depend on my paycheck. Can't thank you enough richardmaldona0

CIty Press too focussed on trashing Zille to take note of the word 'if' they themselves quote.

Zille believe that she owns the truth

I’ll always testify the good good deeds of Mrs KayleighGlover0 in my life and that of the people I’ve referred to her. She is an honest Woman who wants the success of others... feel free to contact Her if you’re in need of another stream of income KayleighGlover0

Clearly didn’t read what HZ said: she was quoting a newspaper which, in turn, quoted a Professor. Seems it’s not HZ who is being silly. It’s the biased media, again! Remember the media also said the ‘Stop Zuma’ campaign was racist. That was silly

Let’s wait and see If the ruling offers the ANC a lifeline and they somehow got wind of it, the picture changes. I want her to be wrong but wonder why ANC just won’t tell us what made them withdraw their court challenge?

She didn’t. And this article shows that either you did not read what she wrote, or you were selective. Poor journalism and misleading commentary. Are you so short of news? Zille judiciary

Silly editor hiding away, and not using their name on the article.

Your nasty selves are silly. VoetsekANC

Getting one legitimate trader is almost impossible. LisaDonalldT is a legitimate trader that trades with your funds and takes her own percentage while you get your profits 100%. She's a trader with difference 👌

City Press grasping at straws. Soon they will be condemning Helen Zille for driving a car with mud on the wheels. The hatred here is palpable. The only thing Zille suffers from like most of us is a deep justified distrust of the ANC.

This fool is tiring

She quoted a newspaper which quoted a Professor. Omitting this important point isn’t just bad journalism, it’s an outright fabrication. The judiciary may not be captured, but can the same be said of the media?

always testify good deed of you linda_Stouffe and that of the person who referred her, she’s an honest human who want the success of others feel free to contact her linda_Stouffe and keep winning
