Ruling on a 1973 law- an almost 50 year precedent and this court not only expects to be taken seriously but needs it. Amy..Brett...Neil....please go..you're only going to embarrass yourselves even more if you stay. Brett how you acted at your senate confirmation confirmed this.

Democrats should draft legislation giving the FTC the power to recover ill-gotten gains.

Sounds like it's time for Congress to give the agency that power.

Ah yes the GOP appointed SCOTUS: Corporations over People. Clearly in line with our 'government by the corporations, and for the corporations...' Wait that's not the quote?

U.S. Supreme Court hands victory to immigrants facing deportation(Reuters) -The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday offered new hope to thousands of long-term immigrants seeking to avoid deportation in a ruling that faulted the federal government for improperly notifying a man who came to the United States illegally from Guatemala to appear for a removal hearing. The justices, in a 6-3 decision that divided the high court's conservative bloc, overturned a lower court's decision that had prevented Agusto Niz-Chavez from pursuing his request to cancel the attempted expulsion based on the length of time he had lived in the United States. The justices decided that federal immigration law requires authorities to include all relevant details for a notice to appear for a hearing in one document rather than sending the information across multiple documents. Oh good, that should help You can't notify someone if they are trying to live under the radar so not to be caught. Illegal? Deport them all immediately don't pass go, forget any hearings. Enough is enough, enforce the laws. The POTUS is not responsible for what's going on at the BORDER, CONGRESS & SENATE are. The inability of our gov't to REFORM/CHANGE/UPDATE/MODERINIZE/CLARIF & EASE IMMIGATION law is disgusting. CONGRESS & SENATE do your jobs...

It would be beneficial if all Americans learned to keep their speech and their posts respectful and that includes high school students!! She did not get what she wanted and she reacted with an inappropriate post!! Her parents are the ones to resolve this by setting good examples! Sorry...no....u can’t. Like any job etc. You will be opening the door for the situation that happened down south a couple months ago where they were calling the black kids on the football team the N-word but their excuse was it was off-campus.

Supreme Court sides with undocumented immigrant fighting deportationThe Supreme Court on Thursday sided with an undocumented Guatemalan immigrant seeking to challenge his removal from the US by immigration authorities. Do you think this is what people really need right now? That one time Democrats accused an innocent man (Kavanaugh) of sexual assault reminds me of all the times Democrat slave owners would accuse black men of sexual assault of their wives or daughters. Same party different year. rooting for injuries
