Myanmar's deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi appears to be in good health, her lawyer says, following a video meeting to discuss the charges — in the presence of police.

Myanmar's deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi appeared to be in good health, her lawyer said following a video meeting.The detained Nobel laureate, who has been in custody since the Myanmar's military seized power, had a meeting with her lawyers over videoThe military seized power last month, saying that November elections won by Ms Suu Kyi's party were fraudulent, wanted to meet lawyers in person.

Instead, the meeting was a wide discussion by video in the presence of police that she did not agree to, said lawyer Min Min Soe. "Amay looks healthy, her skin complexion is good," Min Min Soe said, using an affectionate term meaning "mother" to refer to Ms Suu Kyi. The only discussions that took place were about the legal cases against her following the coup were discussed uring the video conference, the lawyer said.
