IAN BAILEY CANNOT be extradited to France in relation to the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier, the High Court has ruled.

The Englishman , with an address at The Prairie, Liscaha, Schull was convicted of the French woman’s murder in his absence in a Paris court in May 2019. He told the High Court earlier this year that he has been greatly restrained and unable to travel freely since the issuing of a European Arrest Warrant against him in 2010.

This guy needs to be in cuffs and a boiler suit and flung on the next cargo plane to Paris. If you sent Bailey over to France you are admitted Irish courts & garda are no good Irish crime deserves Irish justice. The French should have no say in any of this.
