A senior administration official told CNN that the cluster of coronavirus cases among top Republican officials likely began at President Donald Trump's Rose Garden event announcing the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

The official said it"seems highly likely this originated at the SCOTUS announcement last week. It may have come from the Hill. The next major concern will be securing Capitol Hill and protecting lawmakers."The ceremony last Saturday brought together top White House aides and allies, cabinet members, Republican lawmakers and friends and family of Barrett, who has since tested negative, but was revealed this week to have contracted the disease, along with her husband, earlier this year.

Senate GOP's third positive Covid-19 case threatens quick Barrett confirmation Seven people who attended the Barrett event, including Trump, have since tested positive for the virus. A number of them can be seen on video chatting before and after, all without masks. University of Notre Dame President Fr.

Polise şişe sokup pokligona götüreceksin ne kadar imermi yerse götten yedireceksin..bendensin lopiş

And that was long B4 the Debate! So Trump knew he’d be spreading the killer virus and decided to just disrespect the American people some more! That’s just more stinkin’ thinkin’!

jaketapper There is a 99.9% recovery rate if you Do contract the virus...so there’s that fact. Yellow Journalism is alive and well...

She and her husband had it this summer. How do we know she wasn’t still shedding the virus?

TheValuesVoter Because I think he knew he was positive but he didn't have symptoms so......he didn't think it was a big deal...

You guys have no limit just to achieve your selfish goals

You didn’t need to be a professional contact tracer to work out that . Trump is likely personally responsible for many COVID-19 infections. I see a lot of law suits in his future

It is, what it is now. They knew and exercised their right to not wear a mask and not be sheep. Now they have the right to be sick and look like A-holes 🤷🏾‍♂️

First it was here then it was there but not before we said it was somewhere else. Make up your minds.

When this saga is over, and at some level, parts of it will turn out to have been a subterfuge

Whelp? Figures!

No one in the White House dared to tell Trump the truth about his horrific performance in that debate. sameartist 25thAmendmentNow, TrumpCovid19

Armenian lobby and the Armenian diaspora have many tentacles in our government, in the media, and pretty much every part of our governmental organs. Maybe we, the Azerbaijani-Americans are fewer in numbers,+

CNN unplug yourself.

Well if that’s the case, it goes to show how Ruth Bader Ginsburg is feeling about this from the grave.

Trump and those around him had the disease before the ceremony, but it was because of his dirty policies after the ceremony. sameartist 25thAmendmentNow, TrumpCovid19

These people weren’t just exposed to the virus, they weren’t also exposed to Trumps negligence. Honestly it couldn’t have happened to a more deserving group.

I have identified another attacker: his name is Aksel Asadourian. He was boasting about his violence on his social media platforms (photo proves included).

U.S. Senate floor activity rescheduled, but Supreme Court nominee hearing to continue: McConnellU.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said on Saturday that all Senate floor activity would be rescheduled until after October 19, but committee work, like the confirmation hearing for President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett, would continue. The utter contempt Republicans show towards the American voter 30 days out from the election, while people are actively voting. Now he wears a mask! This is the least ethical and legitimate senate and presidency in history. We have sunk to a banana republic.

Virus spreads on panel handling Supreme Court nominationTwo GOP members of the Senate Judiciary Committee have tested positive for the coronavirus. Both say they will quarantine for 10 days, ending just before Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Amy Coney Barrett are to begin Oct. 12. 14 days quarantine period is to make sure you're not positive (ie not having the virus). Now if they already have the virus, they must be out indefinitely until tested negative 3 times again. GOPs again do whatever they want to do here. Aww perfect timing for these drunk drivers to get back in their cars and drive drunk again. Glad they are in charge of our future livelihoods. They make the best logical decisions based on truth, science and reality. Let’s keep term limits for life. I just love these monsters.

Amy Coney Barrett’s 2017 Responses Offer Preview of Supreme Court HearingJudge Barrett, whose Supreme Court confirmation hearing is in little more than a week, has tended to respond to senators’ questions about her views with lofty or legalistic rhetoric rather than direct answers. “I can't help but find it a tad ironic that when anyone else is sick Trump wanted them to take hydroxychloroquine. When he himself gets sick he takes an actual experimental drug that might work and has real scientific evidence behind it.” - Fredrick Brennan.
