THE Kuala Lumpur High Court was today told that a suit brought by Najib Razak against AmBank and its former relationship manager, Joanna Yu Ging Ping, must see a full trial as it involves alleged breach of duty. The former prime minister’s lawyer, Harvinderjit Singh, said there were suspicious transactions involving his client’s AmBank accounts.
