Harboured!😊👍

If you kill someone while committing a crime or a deliberately reckless act then it shouldn’t matter who you killed, it should be treated as murder.

I totally agree with you, killers should be jailed for life, with no parole

So basically the media is using a grieving wife to get clicks.

The more I think about it the more it doesn't make sense. Consider a driver convicted of causing death by careless driving. This could be a small momentary lapse of concentration which causes someone to die. Is a whole life sentence really appropriate?

There was not a deliberate intention to cause gbh or kill as was found in court otherwise it would have been a murder conviction, it’s not great in some circumstances but there are reasons behind it.

I get it’s horrific death but the legal system didn’t just pop up for no reason. You can’t give life sentences for manslaughter then there is no deterrent for not carrying out murder, same with rape as horrific as it is.

Revenge isnt a solution I'm afraid

Maybe it's lenient sentences that need looking at overall. The scum who killed her husband should have been given 25yrs but sentencing should be the same. Where would it end, teachers? Social workers?

There shouldn’t be a law that says someone should spend the rest of their life in jail for killing a certain type of person

No. Sorry, but no. Revenge isn't going to bring him back.
