Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Is Hospitalized for Possible Infection

WASHINGTON—Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was admitted to a Baltimore hospital Tuesday for the treatment of a possible infection and will remain for a few days to receive intravenous antibiotics, the Supreme Court said.

The court said Justice Ginsburg, 87 years old, was admitted to Johns Hopkins Hospital and underwent an endoscopic procedure to clean out a bile duct stent. The justice experienced fever and chills but is now resting comfortably, the court said.

The simple fact that a judge doesn’t retire because of fear of an appointment of someone with different political belief is enough to show bias and inability for objective decision making and should disqualify you from being a judge.
